Listening to your MP3 provides you Joy or Sorrow?

Earlier this week, I read the papers which mentioned on the negative effects of listening to your favourite music at extreme volume continuously which will eventually lead to permanent deafness. According to the experts, we humans are exposed to approx 100dB daily where the source of the noise is not just solely from your music but also the environment in your workplace, people shouting at your ear and even when your driving with a malfunctioned window which always drop loose that permits more noise from the vehicle on the roads and the as well as the car engine (well, at least that is what I go through every morning).

We naturally tend to increase the volume automatically when you couldn't here the music clearly especially in a noisy environment. However, this not advisable and you are definitely looking forward in harming your eardrums for good. If you don't believe to my babbling here, try blasting your music player in a noisy environment till you are able to listen to your music clearly (referring to earphones) and promptly after that, leave the room to a very much quieter one.  You will realise how much you are damaging your ears to.

I am sure those of you have experienced attending a 1-2hr concert will leave the show with a partial deaf ear for temporary. We listen to music everywhere we go in the car, at home, even when your waiting at the bus stop or you go ahead think of it yourself, I am pretty sure you are quite clear with your lifestyle.

As a piece of advice, be a diligent entertainment-goer and you'll be fine because your ears have to take a nap too!
